Cinco de Mayo Menu Pairing

Cinco de Mayo is the perfect reason to get together with family & friends to nurture those relationships with great food & great style!

My foodiestyle preference is Rustic Chic which means, I like to keep my gatherings small & casual, yet stylish.  I love to serve simple, fresh & delicious meals family style on large serving platters and would be lost without my hand-carved Mexican Molcajete.  It’s perfect for making guacamole!

Molcajetes like this one have been passed down from generation to generation improving with use and age as it absorbs spices and flavors.  You can certainly make guacamole without one…  but why?
