Brie filled with Cranberry Chutney, topped with Orange Marmalade. Super easy to assemble! Slice chilled brie in half using a serated knife. Spread cranberry chutney or a holiday jam over the bottom half. Cut a 2 inch circle in the top half, place on top of the jam covered half. Fill the 2 inch circle with additional chutney/jam. Spread melted orange maramalde on top. Serve with Carr’s Whole Wheat crackers – yum!
Another easy to assemble appetizer from Pinterest! I would use the following ingredients: hard salami, feta cheese, parsley leaf, green olive with pimento. Use small wooden skewers to hold the red, white & green bites in place. Serve on a large white platter and wait for your guests to ooh and ahh!
Every holiday table needs spiced nuts or praline pecans. Feel free to make your own or stop by your local Costco and pick up some spiced mixed nuts, place them in a glass or silver bowl and viola – you have a beautiful presentation!
I made this recipe using flour tortillas that I cut into 2 inch circle using a biscuit cutter. Placed a dollop of the Barefoot Contessa’s Guacomole recipe – (the best recipe ever) on top of the tortilla, then a roasted shrimp and garnished with a leaf of Italian parsley. My friends loved this one!
Looking for a healthy appetizer to wow your guests with? This one will do it! So simple, cut red peppers into 1/2 inch wedges, place a dollop of hummus (I like Trader Joes) on the end of each pepper. Clean and devein snap peas, place on a large rectangle shaped plater and put the red pepper in between the green snap peas for a stunning presentation!
