Jillzie’s Everything Burger
|Lean Ground Beef||1 1/2 pounds|
|Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded||1/2 cup|
|White or Red Onion, finely chopped||1/2 cup|
|Real Shredded Bacon (not bacon bits)||1 jar|
|Soy Sauce||1 tsp.|
|Worcestershire Sauce||1 tsp.|
|Liquid Smoke||1 tsp.|
|Dry Onion Soup Mix||1 pkg.|
|Clove of garlic, finely minced||1|
|Garlic Powder||1 Tblsp.|
|Dried Parsley||1 tsp.|
|Dried Basil||1 tsp.|
|Dried Oregano||1 tsp.|
|Dried Rosemary||1/2 tsp.|
|Salt & Pepper||to taste|
|Splash of your favorite Beer||1 – 2 oz.|
1. Mix all ingredients and form into patties by hand or using a hamburger press.
2. Tip; make the patties early in the day and refrigerate or the day before.
3. Grill and enjoy!
