Bacon Croissant Bake
Serves 6
Adapted from a Marshall Field Cookbook

Ingredients Amount
Croissants, large, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 4
Jarlsberg or Swiss Cheese, shredded 2 cups
Bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled 8 oz.
Green Onions, sliced 3
Milk 1- 1/2 cups
Eggs 3
Rothschild Raspberry Mustard 3 Tblsp.
Kosher Salt & Pepper To Taste

1. Arrange half of the croissant cubes in ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese, bacon and onions. Top with the remaining croissant cubes.
2. Beat together milk, eggs, mustard, salt & pepper. Pour over the croissant cubes.
3. Cover with foil and refrigerate 2 – 24 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered 60 – 75 minutes or until done.
5. Sprinkle with the remaining cup of cheese. Bake 5 additional minutes or until the cheese melts.
