Blueberry Basil Salad
|Baby Mescyln Lettuce||5 cups|
|Wild Organic Arugula||2 cups|
|Fresh Blueberries||1 – 1/2 cup|
|Pecans, toasted||1/2 cup|
|Goat Cheese with Cranberries & Cinnamon, crumbled||1 log|
|Fresh Basil, roughly chopped||1/2 cup|
|Salad Girl Blueberry Basil Dressing||1/4 cup|
1. Place lettuce in a large salad bowl. Crumble the goat cheese and place on top of the lettuce.
2. Add the toasted pecans, fresh blueberries and fresh basil.
3. Drizzle with the Blueberry Basil dressing and toss to coat the lettuce.
*Add grilled, sliced chicken breasts to make this a salad entree.
