Brussel Sprouts with Medjool Dates

Ingredients Amount
Brussel Sprouts, finely sliced 1 lb.
Roasted Hazelnuts, roughly chopped 1 cup
Medjool Dates, pitted and roughly sliced 3/4 cup
Red onion,finely diced 1/4 cup
Mix together in a large bowl
Vinaigrette:
Olive Oil  1/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar  1/4 cup
Maple Syrup 1/8 cup
Orange Zest  1 orange
fresh Orange Juice  1/2 orange

Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients together.  Season with kosher salt & Unleash Your Inner Foodie Tuscany Pepper Blend.
Serve on a large white rectangle shape platter.  Garnish with additional orange zest.  Enjoy!
