Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients Amount
Orange, rind removed & chopped 1
Orange Juice 1/4 cup
Fresh Cranberries 12 oz.
Golden Delicious Apple, peeled, seeded and chopped 1
Currants 1/2 cup
Chopped Pecans 1/4 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tblsp.
Ground Ginger 1/2 tsp.
Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp.

Directions:  Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat, simmer 5-8 minutes until the cranberries have burst. Stir well and pour into serving bowl or 1 cup containers.  Chill and serve.  Freezes well.
