|Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, multicolored, cut in half||1 pint|
|Fresh, baby mozzarella balls in marinade, cut in half||1/2 pint|
|Red onion, cut into small dice||1/4 cup|
|Fresh basil leaves, julienned||1⁄2 cup|
|Kosher salt & Unleash Your Inner Foodie Tuscany Pepper Blend to taste||To taste|
|Extra Virgin Olive Oil||1/4 cup|
|Aged Balsamic Vinegar||2 Tblsp.|
Place the tomatoes, mozzarella, onions in a medium white bowl. Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over and toss. Add basil leaves, toss again. Season with salt & pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings and oil/vinegar if necessary. Garnish with a few large basil leaves. Enjoy!
