|Asparagus, cut in half||1 lb. or 16 spears|
|Fresh Ginger, peeled & cut into fine matchsticks||1/2 inch|
|Grated zest on fresh Orange||1|
|Soy Sauce||1 Tblsp.|
|Sesame Oil||1 Tblsp.|
1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet, add the asparagus & ginger. Stir-fry for 4 minutes.
2. Add the cashews, orange zest, soy sauce, & sesame oil and continue cooking for 1 minute.
