Nut Goode Bars

Ingredients Amount
Creamy Peanut Butter 2 cups
Butterscotch Chips 12 oz.
Chocolate Chips 12 oz.
Almond Extract 1 1/2 tsp.
Spread half of this mixture in a jelly roll pan.  Freeze to set,
about 1 hour.
Add 12 oz. of Peanuts to the remaining melted mixture
Boil 1 minute:
Vanilla Pudding, regular not instant 3 oz.
Unsalted Butter 1 cup
Evaporated Milk 1 small can
Add 2 pounds Powdered Sugar and 1 tsp. Vanilla  to the pudding mixture
Spread over the chocolate base
Spread remaining peanut butter mixture with the peanuts on top
Place the jelly roll pan in the fridge for about 1 hour so bars can set.
Cut into small 1 inch pieces – Enjoy!
