Simple Green Salad with Vinaigrette

Ingredients Amount
Mesclun Lettuce  1 bag
Dijon Mustard 1 tsp.
Garlic, minced 1 tsp.
Champagne vinegar 3 Tblsp.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/3 cup
Kosher Salt & Black Pepper To taste

Directions:  Mix the mustard, garlic, vinegar & oil in a small bowl, whisk.  Add salt & pepper to taste and pour over salad greens.

Options:  Add pomegranate seeds and goat cheese for a nice winter salad.
