Spring Antipasto Platter

Serves 4

Ingredients Amount
Multi-colored cherry tomatoes 1 pint
Asparagus spears, blanced 1/2 lb.
Proscuitto slices 1/2 lb.
Burrata balls 2-3
Baguette, sliced or torn into pieces 1
Fresh Basil leaves for garnish
Olive oil drizzle over the Burrata
Kosher salt & fresh ground black pepper over the entire platter

Directions:
1.  Place on large white platter.  Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.

2.  Pairs well with Sauvignon Blanc!
