Trader Joe’s Soycutash Salad

Serves 4-6
Everything Trader Joe’s!

Ingredients Amount
Trader Joe’s Soycutash 1 bag
Roasted & Salted Sunflower Seeds 1 cup
Trader Joe’s Orange flavored Cranberries 1/2 bag
Trader Joe’s Sesame Soy Ginger Vinaigrette 1⁄4 – 1/2 cup.

1.  Thaw package of Soycutash in refrigerator over night or for a couple of hours.
2.  Place thawed Soycutash in a clear bowl and add the sunflower seeds and orange flavored cranberries.
3.  Add 1/4 cup of the vinaigrette and mix.  Taste and add more vinaigrette if needed.
