The Immersion Stick Blender has become my new go-to tool in the kitchen. In fact, it ranks # 5 in my top 10 must- have kitchen tools!
I like it because it’s compact, easy to use, easy to store, and very easy to clean up. I use it everyday and here are some of the ways this trusty tool saves me time:
The Immersion Stick Blender is awesome for making vinaigrettes, in 30 seconds, I have a fresh, extremely flavorful and low calorie vinaigrette!
I stick it right into my stock pot to achieve a “rustic” chunky soup – yummy!
It’s a great tool for making sauces or gravy, you can stick it right in the pan and whisk up a beautiful smooth sauce, again in no time flat!
I also use it every morning to make my breakfast smoothie and the best thing is I make it right in the serving glass – fast and oh so easy!
I like it better than a blender for making fresh salsa – I seem to have more control in achieving a chunkier salsa texture with the Immersion blender.
I love it for making whipped cream – it seems more “fluffy” than when I use a hand held mixer.
Immersion Stick blenders vary in price from $29.95 to $500 for a professional version. I purchased an inexpensive one two years ago and use it a minimum of 4 times a week – it’s still going strong! Enjoy!
