“Go with your Strengths” will help you maintain your confidence and minimize last minute jitters! Over the years, I’ve developed a habit of always serving cheese when I entertain. What started out as a quick, safe, and easy appetizer has turned into one of my entertaining “strengths”.
I love cheese and am always trying new varieties at the market. In fact, my friends will tell you that a cheese platter is my signature dish! . My strength, cheese, gives me one less thing to worry about when entertaining. What are you know for? – Go with your Strengths!
I’ll leave you with a great bonus idea! Another idea that is so simple you’ll think that your cheating! Keep the following ingredients in your pantry and you’ll be able to serve up a sweet snack or a savory appetizer in no time:
Carr’s Whole Wheat Crackers topped with an Herb and Garlic Whipped Cream Cheese for a savory appetizer. For a sweeter version, try topping the Carr’s Whole Wheat Crackers with a slice of Brie Cheese/or a Triple Cream Cheese, and drizzle a little honey over the cheese. Yummy and oh so impressive! Add some red grapes to your platter for a garnish and you have an amazingly simple but chic appetizer.
