    Dear Ms. Release Your Inner Foodie,

    We were tuely inspired by your recent posting on chocolate, so we went out and purchased some Lindt “Excellence” extra dark chocolate (85% Cocoa). We decided to pair that with a Joseph Phelps 2005 Vintage Cabernet Savignon and some fresh raspberries and Blackberries purchased from the local Whole Foods.
    The wine complimented the cholocate nicely, although I would probably lean more towards the Lindt 60% cocoa next time.

    In the end, we (as well as our company) thoroughly enjoyed the “experience”. Keep those ideas and suggestions coming. We love your blog! 🙂
