Our Father’s Day menu this year is all about the grill! There’s so many awesome choices that I’ve created enough grilling menus to last the summer! Yum…
Here’s what we settled on:
Appetizer; Grilled Shrimp with Spicy Sauce paired with Summit Pilsener
Entree; Grilled New York Strip Steaks, Rizzotto with grilled veggies, mushrooms sauteed in red wine paired with a Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon
Dessert: Grilled peaches drizzled with caramel!
