Impromptu dinner with friends – needed a quick, no-fuss, yet delicious appetizer…

So, I checked out my pantry and decided to go with Bruschetta served with Panetini Italian Toasts (from Costco) and  Medjool Dates stuffed with Gorgonzola, Bacon, and Chives.  Yum!  Thankfully, I keep my pantry stocked with Easy Entertaining Items just for these types of occasions!  I’ll post the recipes tomorrow, off to dinner…
